This virtal reality dance experience was produced by the dance company “Of Curious Nature” in collaboration with the digital performing arts collective Cyberräuber. Human dancers where filmed with a 3d camera and their body movements transferred to a digital virtual reality. With the help of VR glasses, the audience enters this virtual dance space, meets the avatars of the dancers and can interact with them. I composed the music transferring the Preludes by Chopin, which the human dancers oiriginally danced to, into electronic soundscapes.
